  • Adam Sachs

    Adam Sachs is a seasoned professional who specializes in policy analysis, needs assessments, stakeholder engagement, and business development. With a proven track record in advancing private sector development and policy initiatives, he supports businesses, governments, and non-profits in designing participatory research and innovative policies across various socioeconomic contexts. His expertise spans client relations, market and policy analysis, and project management, making him a valuable asset to governments, companies, or organizations seeking sustainable success in the digital era.

    Adam began his career at the Utah State Legislature before serving as a Legislative Assistant for the Ranking Member of the House Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee in the U.S. Congress, where he advised on foreign affairs, trade, and environmental policy. Shifting his career to support international economic development, he has since managed over 15 projects focused on digital transformation, economic growth, and democratic governance in emerging markets. He has successfully cultivated high-impact partnerships and designed initiatives that promote thought leadership and foster an enabling, safe, and inclusive digital economy regulatory environment. His strategic mindset enables organizations to navigate challenges and seize opportunities with tailored results-driven solutions.

    Adam holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Utah, a master’s in International Development from George Washington University, and has completed coursework at Stanford University. A member of Foreign Policy for America’s NextGen Initiative, he has moderated panels at global conferences, including at the United Nations Trade and Development Agency and civil society-led conferences such as RightsCon.

  • Sophie-Anne Sachs

    Having a dynamic background in international economic policy, trade, and investment, Sophie brings experience that spans nearly a decade working across the U.S. Departments of State and the Treasury, Broward County Government, and the development sector. Now as a Senior Consultant at Sage Global Insights, she leads business development efforts and coordinates policy analysis research.

    Sophie has served as a Foreign Affairs Officer in the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Investment Affairs, where she supported the Department’s role on the interagency Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), the U.S.-E.U. Trade and Technology Council (TTC), and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). While at the Department of State, she taught a section of the Economic Statecraft course at the Foreign Service Institute. Prior to that, at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Investment Security, Sophie co-led the launch of the real estate transaction intake and review process—an initiative critical to advancing U.S. national security and foreign investment oversight. At the Department of the Treasury, Sophie also led a team of 10+ recruiters and supported community outreach efforts with Global Kids DC.

    Sophie holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Nova Southeastern University and a master’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University with a concentration in Economics. She is fluent in French and Haitian Creole.
